Content Management Policy and Procedures

Monmar Gestión 3 SL is committed to ensuring that all individuals participating in the distributed content are of legal age at the time the images are taken, that all content complies with our strict rules, and that it meets the authorities' requirements for legal and acceptable content.

Our terms of use and the agreements signed by content uploaders outline the prohibited content. Anyone wishing to distribute content is required to undergo a mandatory identity and age verification, which will be assessed by our 24/7 monitoring team. Any doubt from the monitoring team regarding the profile or the evidence provided for the age verification will result in the rejection of the application.

The monitoring team reviews all images and text before they are published. Unauthorized content will be deleted, and the account owner will be warned or blocked.

Responsibility of the Content Uploader

The user uploading content is solely responsible for ensuring that such content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms. They must ensure that the uploaded material adheres to local, national, and international regulations, as well as the standards established in this policy.

Any violation of these rules may result in content removal, penalties, or the permanent suspension of the user's account.

The Site and its operators are not responsible for the content uploaded by users. The legal and ethical responsibility rests solely with the individual uploading and distributing such content.

Only accounts that have completed and passed the mandatory identity and age verification may distribute content on our platform. Additionally, users must expressly sign the content uploader agreement before uploading any material.

The monitoring team reviews all content (images and text) before it is published. All images must be reviewed and approved before publication. If an image is edited after its initial review, it will not be published until it has undergone a new validation process by the monitoring team..

Mandatory Age and Identity Verification

Each account must undergo a mandatory age and identity verification before posting an ad. The verification process is managed by the well-known provider YOTI, which requires users to present their passport or national ID online, along with a selfie picture.

Verification is a mandatory requirement, and any user who does not complete or pass this process will not be able to post or distribute content on our platform.

New ads will only proceed to the monitoring stage after the applicant has successfully completed the mandatory verification process.

Content Monitoring

Our monitoring team, composed of four people, reviews all content. When a registered user uploads content, our team receives a notification to review it. The content is made public only after our team has verified and approved it.

The monitoring team will delete any content that does not fully comply with our high standards and will warn or ban the user, either temporarily or permanently.

If a user edits or modifies a previously approved image or content, it will undergo another review before being published. Until it receives new validation, the content will remain hidden from public view.

Text Scrubbing

To assist our monitoring team, we have developed in-house software that "reads" all content before it is uploaded. If any word or concept matches our dictionary of prohibited terms, an alert is triggered, and the monitoring team reviews the case to delete it or suggest edits to the content owner.

Illegal Images

Our system checks the web to verify if images exist and to which profiles they are associated. If there are discrepancies with the profile uploading the image, the monitoring team will consider the image copied and will ban it, informing the uploader accordingly.

The monitoring team also reviews images to identify and block unauthorized activities, situations, or text.

Report Button

We provide our users with a "report" button that alerts the monitoring team, who will review the reported post immediately. If the content does not meet our high standards, it will be blocked from public view or deleted directly. Its owner may be warned or banned. In such a case, the same email, IP address, and payment card will not be able to use our platform.

Monmar Gestión 3 SL records every content policy violation. Each complaint recorded includes the following:

Our system anonymizes any personal data as part of the record-keeping process.

The company retains copies of all correspondence and other materials related to complaints for seven years.

The complaints register and files will be confidential. Only management and authorized personnel will have access to them.
