Content Management Policy and Procedures
Monmar Gestion 3 SL is committed to ensuring that all people participating in the distributed
content are above the legal age upon taking the images, that all the content follows our strict
rules, and that the content follows the authorities' requirements for legal and acceptable
content.
Our terms of use and the terms signed by the content uploaders inform the forbidden
content. Every person who wants to distribute content must have the legal age verified by
our expert 24/7 Monitoring Team. Any doubt of the Monitoring Team about the profile or
evidence provided for the Legal Age check will cause the applicant’s rejection.
The Monitoring Team reviews all images and text before being released to the public. They
will delete non-authorized content, and the account owner is warned or blocked.
Policy
The content uploader must confirm and expressly accept that:
- They own the content and the rights to distribute it.
- They consent to being depicted in the content and the content to being publicly distributed
- They have permission from any persons appearing in the content to distribute it.
- The content does not contain any of the following:

- Underaged people (<18 years old) upon taking the picture.
- Forced or non-consented activities.
- Blood.
- Bestiality.
- Violence or abuse of any kind.
- Mutilation of any person or body part.
- Any kind of drugs or alcohol.
Point 4.5 of our Terms & Conditions also shows the content red lines from above for full transparency.
Only the accounts approved as legal age by our monitoring team and that have expressly signed the content uploader agreement can upload the content that will pass to the content monitoring stage.
The Monitoring Team reviews all content (images and text) before releasing it for public viewing. Content that only partially meets our terms and criteria is deleted and never released to the general public.
Age and Identity Verification
Every account must verify the legal age before posting an ad. The well-known provider YOTI manages the legal age verification, requiring users to present their Passport or national ID online and a selfie picture.
New ads may pass to the monitoring stage only after the applicant successfully passes the Age Verification procedure.
Content Monitoring
Our Monitoring team, composed of four people, reviews all the content. When a registered user uploads content, our team receives a notification to review it. The content is publicly available once our team effectively checks and approves it.
The Monitoring Team will delete any content not fully adjusted to our high standards, and they will warn or ban him either temporarily or permanently.
Text Scrubbing
To assist our Monitoring Team, we have developed in-house software that “reads” all the content before it is uploaded. Suppose any word or concept matches our dictionary of forbidden words; this solution triggers an alert, and the monitoring team reviews the case to delete it or suggest editions to the content owner.
Illegal images
Our system checks on the web if the images exist and to which profiles they are associated.
If there are discrepancies with the picture-uploading profile, the monitoring team will consider
the image copied and ban it, informing the uploader accordingly.
The monitoring team also reviews images to identify and block unauthorized activities,
situations, or text.
Report button
We provide our users with a “report” button that alerts the monitoring team, who will review the reported post immediately. If the content does not meet our high standards, it is blocked from public view or deleted directly. Its owner may be warned or banned. In such a case, the same email, IP, and card will not be able to use our solution.
Record Keeping
Monmar Gestion 3 SL records every content policy infringement. Each complaint recorded includes the following:
- 1. Account ID infringing the legal age and content policy.
- 2. Type and severity of the legal age and content policy violation.
- 3. Date logged.
- 4. Action taken with the content, its date, and its reason.
Our system anonymizes any personal data as part of the record-keeping process.
The company keeps copies of all correspondence and other materials concerning complaints for seven years.
The complaints register and files will be confidential. Only management and above have access to it.
