1. Requirements for Publishing
1.1 Identity and Age Verification
- Completing identity and age verification through the YOTI platform is mandatory.
- A valid identification document (passport or ID card) and a selfie photo must be provided for verification.
- Only users who pass the verification process will be allowed to publish content.
1.2 Signing the Content Publishing Agreement
- All advertisers must sign an agreement confirming that they own the rights to the content and comply with the platform’s rules.
2. Permitted Types of Content
Advertisers may upload:
- High-quality photos and videos that meet the standards outlined in this guide.
- Descriptive texts accompanying the content, without using prohibited terms.
3. Content Rules
General Principles
- Kommons believes that consenting adults are free to act as they wish, as long as they respect the law.
- Kommons does not tolerate any form of sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Kommons responds to requests from third parties, including law enforcement agencies, when necessary, and will share information with the appropriate authorities if it believes there is relevant evidence for an investigation.
- Users must not offer sexual services or acts in exchange for non-monetary favors, including accommodation or any other compensation apart from the agreed payment.
3.1 Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to publish, offer, or upload text, audio, images, or videos that include, promote, or appear to involve:
- Individuals under the age of 18, or any representation suggesting their involvement.
- Forced or non-consensual activities, including sexual assault, rape, or any form of coercion.
- Violence, abuse, blood, or mutilation, including torture, dismemberment, or any act that may cause serious physical harm.
- Bestiality or exploitation of people or animals, as well as any act that involves (or suggests) sexual interaction with animals.
- Drugs, alcohol, or illegal items, including any situation that promotes involuntary intoxication or the use of prohibited substances.
- Hate speech, racism, or terrorism, or any material that promotes discriminatory behavior.
- Publishing private information (doxing), meaning revealing someone else’s personal data without their consent.
- Deceptive content (fake or manipulated images), intended to maliciously mislead.
- Dangerous, illegal, or morally unacceptable practices: incest, fantasies involving minors, extreme slavery (e.g., use of gags without means to withdraw consent), realistic depictions of rape, sadomasochistic material exceeding consensual and transient harm, acts that threaten someone’s life (strangulation or hanging without safety measures), necrophilia, or any form of sexual interference with human remains.
- Acts that result in or appear to result in severe injuries to the anus, breasts, or genitals, or that glorify such harm (e.g., insertion of sharp objects or mutilation of breasts or genitals).
- Extreme perversion or degradation, such as urinating/defecating on another person’s body, vomiting for sexual purposes, consumption of urine or feces, etc.
- Fisting or "hard sports" (extreme activities that may cause significant physical harm).
- Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc.) that appear to be part of a sexual act or promote violence.
- Conspiracy theories or malicious disinformation intended to harm individuals or groups.
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property (brands, logos, copyrighted works), beyond what is permitted under the platform's copyright policies.
- Any other content or practice considered inappropriate, offensive, or illegal under local, national, or international laws.
3.2 Rejected Photos and Videos
The following types of images and videos are also prohibited and will be removed:
- Photographs depicting explicit sexual activity or full nudity showing genitals and/or bodily fluids (allowed only in the private gallery).
- Material that promotes prohibited fetishes, such as non-consensual fantasies, incest fantasies, or fantasies involving minors.
- Images including third parties without their explicit authorization or consent.
- Illegal or prohibited content that directly or indirectly violates what is described in section 3.1.
- Acts involving more than one escort in the same image, unless it is a verified duo service or a verified escort agency.
- Demonstrations of sex toys in a manner that violates any of the restrictions in section 3.1.
- Images taken from videos or photos with watermarks, as these are considered non-original and/or may infringe copyright.
3.3 Classification and Access to Content
The Kommons platform may, at its discretion, set classification criteria for images, organizing them into public or private galleries.
- If such restrictions are applied, visitors must verify they are of legal age to access content classified as private.
Photos and videos will be reorganized into two separate galleries:
- Public Gallery:
This will be the section directly visible on the website to any visitor, without the need for registration or age verification.No video or photo considered pornographic according to Ofcom guidelines is allowed in this gallery.Only professional, casual, or non-sexualized images are permitted.This includes photos and videos in lingerie or swimsuits on the beach, as long as they are not sexualized or intended to arouse.
- Private Gallery:
This will include content considered sensitive or pornographic in nature and will only be accessible to visitors who have completed age verification.
However, extreme pornographic content or content that violates the rules set out in section 3.1 will not be allowed, even in the private gallery.
3.4 Definition of Pornographic Content According to Ofcom
According to Ofcom guidelines, pornographic material is defined as any photo or video intended to cause sexual arousal. This includes:
- Explicit representations of sexual activity:
- Masturbation, oral sex, penetration, or ejaculation, even if performed with sex toys.
- Nudity aimed at arousal:
- Content focused on breasts (with or without exposed nipples), genitals, or buttocks.
- Videos or photos showing total or partial exposure of these areas, accompanied by sexual language (e.g., “milf,” “hot”) or simulating sexual acts (moaning, masturbation, oral sex).
- ASMR videos with sexual content:
- Suggestive sounds and partial or full nudity for the purpose of arousal.
- Fetish material:
- Nude or semi-nude individuals engaged in BDSM or fetish practices.
- Scenes involving spanking, bondage, or elements that suggest sexual activity through sound or language.
- Explicit audio material:
- Graphic descriptions of sexual acts or rhythmic sexual sounds (such as moaning) clearly intended to arouse.
3.5 Advertiser Responsibility
The advertiser is solely responsible for the content they upload and must ensure that:
- They hold the rights to the material and have the consent of all individuals involved.
- They comply with all local, national, and international laws.
- They do not violate any platform rule or participate in any prohibited content.
If a violation occurs, Kommons may remove the content and suspend the account.
4. Content Publishing and Approval Process
4.1 Review of Photos and Videos
- Content Upload: The advertiser uploads their photos and/or videos to the platform.
- Monitoring Team Review: All content is manually reviewed by our moderation team before being published.
- Approval or Rejection:
- If the content complies with the guidelines, it is approved and made public.
- If it does not comply, it is removed and the advertiser is notified.
- Content Modification: If an advertiser edits a previously approved image or text, it must undergo a new manual review before it can be published. The content will remain hidden until revalidated.
4.2 Text Review
- All texts are manually reviewed before publication.
- The platform uses an automatic system to detect prohibited words to assist in the review.
- If the system detects restricted terms, an alert is triggered and the monitoring team will review the content manually.
5. Security and Reports
5.1 Report Button
- Any user can report suspicious content.
- The monitoring team will immediately review the reported content.
- If a violation is confirmed, the content will be removed and the advertiser may be blocked.
5.2 Incident Records
- All violations will be documented.
- Complaint information will remain confidential and stored for 7 years.
6. Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Minor infractions: warning.
- Inappropriate or illegal content: immediate removal.
- Serious violations: temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
- Additionally, the email address, IP address, and payment method associated with the sanctioned account may be blocked.
- In case of any violation, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
