General Principles

3.1 Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to publish, offer, or upload text, audio, images, or videos that include, promote, or appear to involve:

  1. Individuals under the age of 18, or any representation suggesting their involvement.

  2. Forced or non-consensual activities, including sexual assault, rape, or any form of coercion.

  3. Violence, abuse, blood, or mutilation, including torture, dismemberment, or any act that may cause serious physical harm.

  4. Bestiality or exploitation of people or animals, as well as any act that involves (or suggests) sexual interaction with animals.

  5. Drugs, alcohol, or illegal items, including any situation that promotes involuntary intoxication or the use of prohibited substances.

  6. Hate speech, racism, or terrorism, or any material that promotes discriminatory behavior.

  7. Publishing private information (doxing), meaning revealing someone else’s personal data without their consent.

  8. Deceptive content (fake or manipulated images), intended to maliciously mislead.

  9. Dangerous, illegal, or morally unacceptable practices: incest, fantasies involving minors, extreme slavery (e.g., use of gags without means to withdraw consent), realistic depictions of rape, sadomasochistic material exceeding consensual and transient harm, acts that threaten someone’s life (strangulation or hanging without safety measures), necrophilia, or any form of sexual interference with human remains.

  10. Acts that result in or appear to result in severe injuries to the anus, breasts, or genitals, or that glorify such harm (e.g., insertion of sharp objects or mutilation of breasts or genitals).

  11. Extreme perversion or degradation, such as urinating/defecating on another person’s body, vomiting for sexual purposes, consumption of urine or feces, etc.

  12. Fisting or "hard sports" (extreme activities that may cause significant physical harm).

  13. Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, etc.) that appear to be part of a sexual act or promote violence.

  14. Conspiracy theories or malicious disinformation intended to harm individuals or groups.

  15. Infringement of third-party intellectual property (brands, logos, copyrighted works), beyond what is permitted under the platform's copyright policies.

  16. Any other content or practice considered inappropriate, offensive, or illegal under local, national, or international laws.

The Kommons platform may, at its discretion, set classification criteria for images, organizing them into public or private galleries.
