Posting Guidelines
1. Prerequisites for Publishing
Before uploading any content, advertisers must meet the following mandatory requirements:
1.1 Identity and Age Verification
- Completing identity and age verification through the YOTI platform is mandatory.
- A valid identification document (passport or ID card) and a selfie photo must be provided for verification.
- Only users who pass the verification process will be allowed to publish content.
1.2 Signing the Content Publishing Agreement
- All advertisers must sign an agreement confirming they own the rights to the content and comply with the platform rules.
2. Types of Permitted Content
Advertisers may upload:
- High-quality photos and videos that meet the standards set forth in this guide.
- Descriptive texts accompanying the content, without using prohibited terms.
3. Content Rules
General Principles:
- Kommons believes that consenting adults are free to act as they wish, provided they respect the law.
- Kommons does not tolerate any form of sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Kommons responds to requests from third parties, including law enforcement agencies, when necessary, and will share information with the relevant authorities if we judge that there is evidence relevant to an investigation.
- Users must not offer sexual services or acts in exchange for non-monetary favors, including lodging or any other compensation different from the agreed-upon monetary payment.
3.1 Prohibited Content
It is strictly forbidden to post, offer, or upload text, audio, images, or videos that include, promote, or appear to involve:
- 1. Individuals under 18 years of age, or any representation suggesting their participation.
- 2. Forced or non-consensual activities, including sexual assault, rape, or any form of coercion.
- 3. Violence, abuse, blood, or mutilation, encompassing torture, dismemberment, or any act that may cause serious physical harm.
- 4. Bestiality or the exploitation of persons or animals, as well as any act implying (or suggesting) sexual relations with animals.
- 5. Drugs, alcohol, or illegal items, including any situation promoting involuntary intoxication or the use of prohibited substances.
- 6. Hate speech, racism, or terrorism, or any material promoting discriminatory behavior.
- 7. Publication of private information (doxing), i.e., disclosing someone else’s personal data without their consent.
- 8. Deceptive content (fake or manipulated images), intended to mislead in a malicious way.
- 9. Dangerous, illegal, or morally unacceptable practices: incest, fantasies involving minors, extreme slavery (e.g., the use of gags with no means to withdraw consent), realistic portrayals of rape, sadomasochistic material exceeding passing and consensual harm, acts threatening someone’s life (choking or hanging without safety measures), necrophilia, or any form of sexual interference with human remains.
- 10. Acts that result or appear to result in serious injury to the anus, breasts, or genitals, or that glorify such possibility (e.g., insertion of sharp objects or mutilation of breasts or genitals).
- 11. Extreme perversion or degradation, such as urinating/defecating on another person’s body, vomiting with sexual intent, consumption of urine or excrement, etc.
- 12. Fisting or “hard sports” (extreme activities that can cause significant physical harm).
- 13. Weapons of any type (guns, knives, etc.) appearing as part of a sexual act or promoting violence.
- 14. Conspiracy theories or disinformation maliciously intended to harm individuals or groups.
- 15. Infringement of the intellectual property of third parties (trademarks, logos, protected works), beyond what is covered by the platform’s copyright policies.
- 16. Any other content or practice deemed inappropriate, offensive, or illegal under local, national, or international laws, which has not been explicitly mentioned in the previous points.
3.2 Rejected Photos and Videos
The following types of images and videos are also prohibited and will be removed:
- Photographs depicting explicit sexual activity or total nudity where the genitals are visible and/or bodily fluids are shown. (allowed only private gallery)
- Material promoting prohibited fetishes, such as non-consensual fantasies, incest fantasies, or fantasies involving minors.
- Images including third parties without their authorization or explicit consent.
- Illegal or prohibited content that directly or indirectly violates what is described in 3.1.
- Acts involving more than one escort in the same image, unless it is a verified duo service or a verified escort agency.
- Demonstrations of sexual toys in a way that breaches any of the restrictions from section 3.1 (e.g., violent or non-consensual use, or with the intent to cause harm).
- Images taken from videos or watermarked photos, as they are considered outside the guidelines of originality and/or could infringe copyright.
3.3 Content Classification and Access
At its discretion, the Kommons platform may establish classification criteria for images, organizing them into public or private galleries.
- If such restrictions are applied, visitors will be required to verify they are of legal age to access content classified as private.
3.4 Advertiser Responsibility
The advertiser is solely responsible for the content they upload and must ensure:
- They hold the rights to the material and have the consent of all individuals involved.
- They comply with all local, national, and international laws.
- They do not violate any platform rules or engage in prohibited content as outlined above.
- If a violation occurs, Kommons may remove the content and suspend the account.
4. Content Publishing and Approval Process
4.1 Review of Images and Videos
- Content upload: The advertiser uploads their photos and/or videos to the platform.
- Review by the monitoring team: Before being published, the content is manually reviewed by our moderation team.
- Approval or rejection:
- If the content complies with the rules, it is approved and made public.
- If it does not comply, it is removed and the advertiser is notified.
- Content modification: If an advertiser edits a previously approved image or text, it must undergo a new manual review before publication. Until revalidated, the content will remain hidden.
4.2 Text Review
- All texts are manually reviewed before publication.
- The platform has a prohibited word detection system to aid in the review.
- If the system detects restricted terms, an alert is triggered, and the monitoring team will review the content.
5. Security and Reporting
5.1 Report Button
- Any user may report suspicious content.
- The monitoring team will immediately review the reported content.
- If a violation is confirmed, the content will be removed, and the advertiser may be blocked.
5.2 Incident Records
- All cases of non-compliance will be documented.
- Complaint information will remain confidential and stored for 7 years.
6. Consequences of Non-Compliance
If an advertiser violates the content rules:
- They will receive a warning for minor infractions.
- Inappropriate or illegal content will be removed.
- The account may be suspended, either temporarily or permanently, depending on the severity of the violation.
- In addition, the email address, IP address, and payment method associated with the sanctioned account will be blocked.
